Important Announcement

Abstract format:

The abstract is to be single spaced, left justified, with font Times New Roman, size 12. Title in bold. Followed by authors; initial and last name1*; initial and last name2; etc. (presenting author identified with an asterisk*). Followed by; 1Address; 2Address; etc. Email address of corresponding author is optional. Leave one line between title/authors/addresses and abstract text. Leave a single space between sentences. Scientific names are italicized accompanied with the authority the first time they are mentioned. Cultivar names are to have single quotation marks around them. Abbreviations are to be spelled out the first time. No editing for typos, clarity or grammar will be done by the compilers. View the sample file as an example before preparing your abstract. 

The abstract should not exceed 350 words using this format.

Submitted abstracts will not be considered for publication in the conference proceedings booklet unless at least one of the authors is registered.
